Bassett rose to international fame for his leading role as the high school student Between 2019 and 2023, he played Ricky Bowen in the popular Disney+ streaming series High School Musical: The Musical. His vocals on its amazing soundtracks was so popular that it scored a Children's and Family Emmy Award. Joshua Bassett began his solo music career in 2020 when he penned a deal with major label Warner Records, dropping four incredible extended plays. Coming from Oceanside in California, Joshua Bassett was first introduced to musical theater as a kid at only eight years old. From humble beginnings residing in his car just to make ends meet to becoming a superstar on prime time television, Joshua Bassett’s talents knows no bounds.
